Aspiring and professional fine artists from the Hudson Valley are invited to participate in the third Annual Celebration of the Arts (COTA) at Historic Huguenot Street in New Paltz on Saturday,
October 10, 2009 (Columbus Day Weekend), from 11 am – 5 pm.
COTA is a day where professional artists pay it forward and create community by nurturing those just beginning their journey.
