Gary M. Schuster has been an associate attorney with Jacobowitz &Gubits, LLP, in Walden, New York, since 2004. His varied practice includes corporate, partnership and LLC formation and transactions, representation of nonprofit organizations, commercial and residential real estate transactions, will drafting, probate, and estate administration, and guardianship proceedings. Prior to joining the law firm Mr. Schuster worked extensively in both music and art publishing. He handles copyright and trademark applications, transactions and licensing, and represents painters, sculptors, photographers, dancers, musicians, songwriters, music producers, film producers, publishers, fashion models, agents, galleries and non-profit arts organizations. Mr. Schuster is the current President of the Orange County Arts Council.

the arts through various creative initiatives, is an artist, curator, and arts advocate. Her drawings
and paintings explore issues of beauty, universal womanhood and the metaphysical. As an
independent curator, based out of the Hudson Valley, Brathwaite collaborates with other art
foundations, galleries and alternative art spaces to exhibit work that reflects our diverse cultures.
She continually advocates and appreciates the importance of diversity in the visual arts. For
COTA 2009 Brathwaite will be discussing the importance of promotion, marketing and global
networking. She will review how operating on the local level can strengthen your opportunities
for global exposure.
